Joe Bowden, CBP – President – 716.636.1480
With a background in commercial concrete, trucking, and the retail ski business, Joe started building pools in 1985 with Coleman Construction. In 1988 he formed JLB Installations Inc. solely focused on in-ground pool installations and service. In 1998, JLB became a member of the Pacific Pools Showcase Builder Program. Joe has personally installed over 500 pools in the WNY area. Joe, Jan and their three children live in Cambria, NY.
Vince Ciotoli, CBP – Consultant – 716.609.1556
Vince started building in-ground swimming pools in 1994 while attending high school. He graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2002, and has been with Pacific Pools since 1998. His honesty and integrity has helped over 500 WNY families achieve paradise in their own backyards. Vince is a native of Vestal, NY and currently lives in Kenmore. Mike Coumont, CBP – Construction Manager
Mike has been with JLB since the beginning. A Certified Building Professional by the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals, Mike’s awareness on the jobsite combined with his construction knowledge makes him a significant asset to Pacific Pools and the success of your backyard project.
Mike Dixon – Service Manager
Mike handles pool and spa service for our clients as well as new pool plumbing and orientation. Mike has attended numerous vendor training seminars across the country.
Joanne W. – Office Manager
Joanne wears many hats in the Pacific operation. She is one of the first people you’ll speak with when you call the showroom. She handles many administration duties that keep our team running at optimal performance, including tracking all of the billing and collecting functions.
