Good news for the five million inground pool owners in the U.S.: Pools pay off! Beyond the fun and fitness they provide, an inground pool raises the home’s value nearly eight percent according to the National Association of Realtors! In warm-weather areas such as Arizona and Florida, a backyard pool makes for a faster and easier sell.
